Shipping and Return Policy

 

Thank you for choosing PopcornPanda. We are committed to providing you with a smooth and reliable shopping experience. We are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction and strive to offer high-quality, customized products. Since all our products are Print-on-Demand (POD), we kindly ask you to carefully read our Shipping and Return Policy before making a purchase.

 

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, followed by a notification when your items have been shipped. Please allow time for the processing of your order. Expect an email within 24 hours notifying you that your order is on its way!

Please note that during peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased demand. Our products are Print-on-Demand (POD), meaning each item is made to order. After processing, delivery times will vary depending on your location.

Our normal production time is 3-5 business days, but your shopping cart will show the estimated production time specific to your order.

 

Shipping Costs and Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

  • Standard International Shipping: 7-21 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the country’s customs policies.

 

Customs, Fees, and Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) when a shipment reaches your destination country. PopcornPanda is not responsible for these fees if they apply, and it is your responsibility as the customer to pay them. We recommend that you check with your local customs office for more information.

 

Order Tracking

PopcornPanda will send a shipping notification email to the email address provided at checkout when your items are packed for delivery and your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be included in the email. You can use this number to track the delivery status of your order. You can also check the status of your order by going to your "Order History" page (for registered users).

If your order does not arrive within the estimated time frame, please contact us at contact@popcornpanda.net with your order number. We will do our best to help you locate your package.

 

Please note: There may be a delay of up to 48 hours between receiving your shipping notification email and your package being scanned into the tracking system.

For lost shipments, we recommend you contact the carrier directly using the tracking number. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

 

Possible Delays / Additional Shipping Information

Incorrect delivery addresses, customs delays, natural disasters, and delivery restrictions may cause delays with your order. Orders affected by such delays may take up to 6 weeks to arrive. PopcornPanda is not responsible for delivery delays outside of our control and will not take any action on these orders during this time.

Untrackable letters and Priority mail may require longer transit times and could take up to 28 days to be delivered. Untrackable letters and Priority mail that do not arrive within 28 days may be eligible for reordering. Please note that we will not offer more than one reorder for customers choosing untrackable shipping methods.

Packages sent via letter will be delivered using the destination country’s postal service.

Local customs and immigration authorities determine which fees or taxes are levied on packages arriving from abroad. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. PopcornPanda cannot be held liable for costs incurred by buyers or recipients of orders due to failed or delayed deliveries.

Packages shipped to military APO/FPO and diplomatic DPO addresses must use the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Ground, expedited, or express shipping cannot be used. To ensure that your order ships via USPS, please ensure the country selected at checkout is the USA.

Please note that we support shipments to Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, and Armed Forces America. Select the option that best matches your destination within the Armed Forces.

Please allow additional transit times for shipping outside the continental U.S. (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO addresses, and other U.S. territories). If transit times exceed 14-21 days, please contact PopcornPanda Support, who, at their discretion, may place a reorder.

 

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, due to carrier restrictions, there may be certain locations we cannot ship to. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your country, please contact us at contact@popcornpanda.net.

Books are printed on-demand at printers around the world. This means that when you place your order, it is printed. Although this process is highly efficient and environmentally friendly, it may take slightly longer for your order to be shipped.

 

Return and Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of POD products, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. However, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase, so if you encounter any issues with your order, please follow the steps below.

As a seller to customers within the European Union, we comply with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which gives EU customers the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or Personalized Products: Since our notebooks, coloring books, and planners are made to order, we cannot accept returns based on personal preferences, such as dislike of the design or buyer's remorse. Custom products are excluded from the right of cancellation under Article 16 of the Consumer Rights Directive.

  • Digital Products: Once a digital download (e.g., digital planners or coloring books) has been opened or downloaded, the right of cancellation is lost, provided you gave prior consent and acknowledged that this means you waive your right to cancel the purchase.

  • Used or Opened Items: Products that have been used or altered in any way cannot be returned.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund. To process your request, please follow these steps:

  1. Check the product description for any specific return restrictions.

  2. Contact us at contact@popcornpanda.net within 7 days of receiving your order.

  3. Provide a clear description of the issue, along with images of the damaged item or packaging. We will assess the problem and offer either a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

 

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, we offer a replacement or full refund.

  • Incorrect Item Received: If you receive the wrong product, we will send a replacement or offer a refund.

  • Lost Orders: If your order is lost during transit and confirmed by the carrier, we will issue a refund or send a new item.

 

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at contact@popcornpanda.net with the following information:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue and relevant images (for damaged or incorrect items).

  • Your preferred solution (replacement or refund).

Once we receive your request, we will review the information and get back to you within 3-5 business days to confirm the next steps. Upon receipt of your return, our team will inspect the item and process your refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. It may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges as each product is custom-made. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will offer a replacement of the same product or a refund as outlined above.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our production queue. Cancellations or changes (e.g., design or address modifications) can only be made within 1 hour of placing the order. After this period, the order is final and cannot be changed. To cancel or modify your order, please contact us at contact@popcornpanda.net as soon as possible. If you are eligible for cancellation under the 14-day cancellation right, you can cancel your order by contacting us with your order details. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will confirm the next steps and refund the purchase amount, including the original standard shipping cost, to your original payment method within 14 days.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@popcornpanda.net. Provide your order number, a brief explanation of the return, and any relevant images if applicable.

Important Notes

  • Refunds will not be issued for shipping delays caused by customs or the carrier.

  • We cannot be held responsible for items lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
